We want to prevent any issues that may come up as you browse through our collection. That’s why we’ve provided comprehensive answers to some of our most frequently asked questions, which are listed below.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • For non-custom orders, I will accept returns and exchanges under the following 2 guidelines: (1) Just contact me within 14 days of delivery.  (2) Ship returns back to me your item(s) within 30 days of delivery and in their original condition.

  • For custom/personal order, and more because of the nature of custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns or exchanges.

  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND?

  • For custom orders, I do not accept cancellations after your 3rd and final approval.  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order prior to the final approval.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

  • At this time, I do not offer gift cards.  We will be offering that service in the future.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We Accept the follow payment options: Most major credit cards, Debt Cards and most electronic payments such as ApplePay, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp and The Square. We do not accept personal checks.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Your orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed.

  • Non-custom orders usually ship within 1-2 business days once payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or personal orders will take approximately 10-14 days depending upon your design and the approval process.
